Shipping information

Most orders require 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (Eastern Standard Time). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Shipments will be arranged Monday to Friday.

The orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.

 

Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore NANAMI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

NANAMI is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of NANAMI.

During promotions there may be delays in immediate shipping.

In all cases NANAMI reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.

 

 

 

Shipping costs

Free shipping in all european union on orders over €50.

For orders under that amount, shipping cost is €10.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over the total amount of €150.

For orders under that amount, shipping cost is €20.

 

 

 

Estimated time of delivery after the shipment date:

ITALY: 3-5 working days after the pack has left our shop.

Europe:  5-12 working days days after the pack has left our shop.

Rest of the world: will be 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase

and delivery time depends on the destination.

 

 

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

 

If the customer refuses to pay the duty and taxes at the customs and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying all the shipping charges (outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from the customers refund. That amount is equals to the total item amount minus the shipping charge.

For example: If the item was 100€ and the shipping was 20€ and the item was refused and returned, the refund will be 80€)

 

 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We do returns if you are not satisfied!

Please note that in case of return, customer will be charged the shipping cost for both outgoing and

incoming shipment, the cost will be deduced from the refund.

If our jewelry arrives broken or brake in a short time of period after arriving, you can contact us by email and send a photo of the broken jewelry. We will evaluate the damage and in case it is a product flaw we will send you a new one.
